Also, lymph circulation is improved, which removes toxins and increases immunity. Another increase is the release of endorphins, which are a natural pain killer produced in your body. Massage Therapy can also help to reduce heart rate and blood pressure. You are able to find that peaceful place where everyday worries are gone. All of these benefits lead to you being able to feel complete relaxation, pain reduction and a sense of calm and balance.
